- Kindergarten Registration starts January 22nd!
If you have a child, or know of a child in our school catchment area who was
born in 2011 or 2012, they are eligible to attend JK or SK in September 2016.
Parents should register ONLINE at www.wrdsb.ca to register their child for
kindergarten, starting January 22nd.
Once the online registration has been entered, parents will be invited to the school during
the week of February 8 to 12 to complete the registration process and validate the
information submitted by the online registration. If you have any questions about this
process, please contact the office at (519)578-3890.
2. We ask for your cooperation in keeping students off of the snow hills on our property
before and after school. This is a school rule in place to ensure student safety.
3. Please be reminded that the Belleview Avenue entrance is for school buses only
for student drop off and pick up. We ask that if you are driving your children to
school, that you either park on the street, or enter our school parking lot from the
Smithson Street entrance. Please help us keep students and staff safe in our bus
loading zone.
4. P.D Day, Friday January 29th. No school on this day. Teachers will be working on
Assessment and Evaluation for Term 1 Report Cards.
5. Pizza orders are now online at www.School-Day.com for the next order block of
February 3rd-March 30th (8 weeks). Order deadline is Monday, February 1st.
6. Popcorn and cookie sales continue every Thursday, at second break in the front
foyer. Each bag of popcorn or individually wrapped cookie will be sold for $1 each,
with a 3 item purchase limit per student. Proceeds go towards this year’s Grade 6
trip.
