  1. Pizza Volunteers

Pizza Volunteers needed!! Smithson Public School Students love Pizza Day!! If you could help with pizza day orders starting in January, once or twice a month from 12:40-1:15, we could use your help! Pizza volunteers sort the pizza order and deliver to the classrooms. Schedule would be provided ahead.   Please call the office at 519-578-3890, if you would like to be a pizza volunteer.

  1. Picture Retake Day will be on Thursday, November 27th

If you would like your child’s school picture retaken please return their original photo package on retake day and their photo will be taken. Please call the office at 519-578-3890 to add your child’s name to our retake list. If you missed ordering school photos the first time, just send in the photo envelope with payment or order online. Again, please call the office to let us know that you would like your child’s photo taken. If you need a new photo order envelope, please contact the office.

  1. Norcard orders have gone home with your child this week. Some items were backordered; you should have received a note if this pertains to your order. If you have any other questions, please contact the office.
  2. Smithson Winter Bazaar – Saturday November 29th from 11am-3pm

We are looking for vendors to participate in our first ever Winter Bazaar.

Are you interested in selling your handmade/crafted items, have a home based business or have a bunch of “garage sale” type items you would like to sell? Rent a table for only $15.00 until November 24th. All rentals are on a first come first serve basis and are limited. Following November 24th, table rentals will be $20.00. (Unfortunately, to avoid competition, only one representative per home-based business* will be able to rent a table. Sorry for any inconvenience. Book early to ensure your spot!)

We are also looking for a few volunteers to help at the bake sale/serve food items (Vendors may sell non-food items only. Bake sale and food service will be provided by Smithson Parent Council.)

5.  Daily Milk orders available at www.remembermeinc.com Please order 2 business days ahead of desired delivery date.

6.   Friday lunches from Swiss Chalet, Subway and Pita Pit available at www.lunchboxorders.com

Orders must be placed online by Saturday for the following Friday lunch delivery.

7.  Starting Monday, the Breakfast Club start time will shift to 8:15am, and will meet in the library. Please note that supervision will not be available before 8:15am, so please do not drop off children before that time. Thank you for your understanding.
