Dear Smithson Families: It is hard to believe that Spring is “officially,” on Thursday of this week….the piles of snow and forecasts seem to differ. I realize that some of our paths and walk ways are not in the best repair at the current time. Unfortunately, they cannot be “fixed,” until winter weather has come and gone and we can be assured that the ground won’t heave. Facilities has looked at the paths and this is a common concern at many schools right now. When the weather is co operative and the snow removal equipment no longer has to enter the school gounds, the walk ways will be restored. I appreciate your patience and understanding with this.
