Parent-Teacher Interviews – Fri. Nov. 18 (pm)
On the afternoon of Friday Nov. 18th, teachers will be scheduling interviews with families between 12:30 and 3pm to discuss Progress Reports. These reports will be sent home on Monday November 14. Parents will select interview times for their child’s/children’s teacher using School-Day by selecting the “Parent Conference” tab. There you will find your child’s/children’s teacher(s) and the time slots they have available. Click on the time you would like and then remember to also click “Save.” The booking option will be live by the end of the day today.

If you are not yet set up for School-Day, now is a great time to do so! You will need the “Secure Match Key” provided to you earlier this year in order to register and connect your child/children to your School-Day account. If you need your Secure Match Key, please contact the office and we will provide it to you. If you have any difficulties setting up on School-Day, please contact the school’s office and we will assist you in getting registered.

If you are not available to meet with your child’s teacher during these times, please contact your child’s teacher directly to make alternate arrangements.

Please note: Ms. Fast/Mrs. Moreno (Gr. 2/3) and Mrs. Smith (Primary ASD class) will be scheduling interviews directly with their families and not through School-Day. Please watch for communication to come home from them directly about how to book an interview.
