1. Join us for our annual Spring Garage Sale!

Garage sale / Craft & Vendor sale / Bake sale

Date: May 2, 2015

Time: 8am-1pm

Indoors (weather permitting outdoors as well)

Location: Smithson Public School

150 Belleview Ave. Kitchener

Tables are $15.00 each in advance and $20.00 at the door. Tables can include garage sale items, craft items or vendor/independent sales items (One sales representative per business, 1st come 1st serve).

(There will be a large indoor garage sale at the church down the street from us as well, visit both to get double the deals!!)

2.  Kodaly Concert is Tuesday, May 5^th at Centre in the Square.

Our Kodaly Choir has been practicing diligently for this performance.

3.  Jump Rope for Heart Assembly is on May 5^th. Our Jump Rope for Heart Event will take

place on Thursday, May 21^st, rain date is Friday, May 22nd

4.  EQAO – Grade 3 May 25-28^th

Grade 6 June 1-5^th

Please avoid booking appointments or scheduling any activities that would prevent your child

from being in attendance at school during EQAO testing dates, thank you.

5.  Safe, Caring, Inclusive School Survey (SCIS) due by May 31^st.

The SCIS survey for Parents/Guardians can be accessed through the Waterloo Region District

School Board website at:  www.wrdsb.on.ca or via a link posted on the school’s website at

smi.wrdsb.ca

Surveys close on May 31^st .
